Lease Reference Data

The Lease reference data window can be accessed by navigating to Estates > Estates > Lease.

Note: You must have a role with the LeaseReferenceData permission to access this window.

Refer to Manage Reference Data for further information on using reference data screens.

The following reference data is available:

Use this reference data to define the parties that have the right to break a lease (for example: Landlord).

Use this reference data to define the status of a Lease Event (For example:Dismissed).

Note: Statuses Live, Pending, In Progress, and Completed will be read-only and cannot be updated or deleted.
